Current EP renewal while new company applies for EP

Hello folks,

I am currently working on an EP in Singapore with an organization "Mojojo"(codename). I decided that I want to pursue different opportunities and applied to another organization "PowerRangers"(codename). I have received an offer letter from PowerRangers but they are yet to apply for my new EP - they are planning to do so this week.
I haven't resigned from Mojojo yet since I am waiting for the IPA of the EP that will be applied by PowerRangers.

Scenario: My current EP is due to expire in a few months from now, and my existing employer - Mojojo wants to apply for renewal of the EP. At the same time, the new employer would also be applying for a new EP.

In such a case where EP renewal will clash with a different new EP application, what will happen? Will my new EP application get approved?

Believe only one application can be processed at a one. if the external IPA gets approved first , the renewal IPA cant happen.

My suggestion....let the renewal be done first....and then get the new company to put the new application.

Unfortunately this will take some time. First the renewal, then the new application and then tender resignation....you just have to be patient.

But man...your existing company is gonna hate you...haha.
