Post by Tommy86 » Sat, 14 Nov 2020 10:15 pm

Hi all I have given approval from mom for marriage for fdw. Does the approval have any dateline? Concurrent my spouse still left 6 months working here so I can still apply for pre marriage? When will she be cancel the work permit?

Don't quite get you, ..'marriage for FDW'? Or you getting married in order to hire a FDW? What is the question exactly?

if you have MOM permission you can marry. However where will she live? This is important because her FDW WP normally lists her employer address as her residence.

Yes, she will be staying at her employer address. Or should I just wait for her to finish before rom? Any advised?
