I've heard the above expression just a bit too often, so here's a question.
I read many people writing to this forum about their 60k + salary packages and wondering if it's enough to cover the expenses. Now WHAT are you guys actually doing? Banking & Finance everyone says.
I've been checking the country out with a combination of "work" and holiday, earning nothing but having loads of freetime to travel around. Having worked in sales (and I do not mean telemarketing) of a multinational before, holding a master's from a recognized uni in business & IT, I can't believe these 60k + guys can be way ahead of my competitiveness.
Went out with a hooker last month. She paid the bills and said "Oh Mike, you are a poor guy with a rich heart". The real world...
