I wanted to divorce with my wife but I want him to have the custody to our child. Is it possible to include in the conditions? Wanted to clear this out before seeking for legal assistance.

Yes, you should include custody, maintenance to your wife,
property in the conditions.
Why is your wife a "him"?

Ultimately the court will put the child's interest first and not those of the selfish parents.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or

Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Untrue. The court only considers the child’s wishes, but the ultimate decision is still made by the judge. The child’s wishes only carry heavy weight when they become conscious of their likes and dislikes, and can think rationally with consideration of consequences- usually once they are around 10 years old.

Singapore has moved to a more modern view on this in the last few years. Admittedly there are still magistrates who always award custody to the mother unless she is a drug taking hooker found in the act but joint custody is meant to be default here now.

Custody usually goes to the wife and if more than one child, the children will be together and not split.
