ReEntry renewal with either one of the spouse

Hi,
Me and my spouse ae PRs for almost 15 years and our child is also a PR, while applying I was the primary applicant and sponsored my spouse and did two renewals on behalf of my family, currently, I have a startup which is not making any money for past 2 years plus, but my spouse is working in SG still, our reentry is up for renewal, for this time is it possible for my spouse applies for renewal for herself and family together, will it be accepted or there will be some issues in it?

I would try for REP first and if you fail then appeal with what you said above.
