LTVP application for parents before full time work?

Hi everyone, I am a final year university student, Singaporean.

I want to apply for LTVP for my parents. Is it possible for me to apply LTVP for my parents before full time work? I will only start my full-time job after graduation (i.e. July 2021). Is the chance higher if I can provide a job offer letter? Or is it better for me to apply after starting on the full-time job?

Better apply after you get a job. Job Offer letter may not help. Also, I am not sure if you can right away bring both parents on LTVP, as ICA may look into your financial stability before granting 2 LTVP's.
