Got PR

Post by LaoDan » Fri, 30 Oct 2020 7:05 pm

A little late.. Approved late 2019, interview and card in February
How's that for timing eh?

American 53
Chinese wife a few years younger, not allowed to say
Child 15, you can guess at the ethnicity.
Money +200k

Initially here on a EP, Approved for a PEP after "The Company" bailed from Singapore.

Been in Singapore for 5 years, applied once before at 18 months and got the kiss of death letter.

Pretty sure I owe this to my kiddo whom aced the PSLE and got into the IP program.
Getting kiddo into the local school system was another challenge.

I figured I had a zero chance because of my age & race, anyway, I'm truly grateful, worked all over Asia, a bit tired of moving, now I have a place to hang my hat.

Cheers :)

Congrats. Been a while since you've poked your nose in here. Glad it's with good news.
