Hello Friends,
I have a specific question on the gross monthly salary calculation which will have to be mentioned in the PR form. My company provides an option for investing in company shares of up to 10% of our base monthly salary and 20% of this investment will be matched by the company immediately (Total investment will become 120%). This 20% matching amount is reflected in the payslip.
For example, when 1000 sgd is invested from monthly salary, 200 sgd more will be added to the investment to make it 1200 sgd investment. 200 sgd is shown in the payslip under the earnings section along with a monthly salary.
My question here is that whether this matching amount can be included to derive my gross monthly salary calculation (Basic monthly + 20% matching contribution). Very much appreciate your replies on this. Thanks.
