Hi there,
The norm for aircon servicing is quarterly (with receipts), but there are somewhat landlords who are ok with 4month intervals as well.
Usually better to ask owner if they have a contract or regular service company, and the tenant can just continue that. Always ask for prior receipts as well.
Getting a new service person may end up in disputes where the landlord may not be happy with the quality.
