Get a good solicitor and do exactly what they say. If this is under the women's charter her rights will be protected at the man's expense.

You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA

Yes, get a good divorce solicitor. Please get one that specialises in divorces.

Also don't listen to ANYTHING your Singaporean friends say about the legal side of divorce (esp WRT child support and child access). They are full of urban legends and myths that are either too ancient to be relevant or just outright exaggerations.

If you are struggling emotionally or mentally reach out to your pastor, a therapist or a life support phone line.

Best of luck.
