Error in PR application form 4A

Hi experts,

I submitted my PR application in Feb 20 and today by chance I noticed a mistake in form 4a. Basically under my spouse’s residential history of last 10 years section, one of the entries is wrong - it got copied from my residential history by mistake and I had oversight during submission. Entry says she was in Singapore (Feb-nov 2010) but in reality she was outside.

I would like to seek your suggestion on what should I do to get it fixed? Or you think it’s a minor mistake?

Would like to seek some kind advice on above matter. Hope this is amendable and not considered very negatively. It was genuine mistake and I just noted when I was going through my form again when ICA requested for additional documentation.
