Close to zero.
Salary is too low
You can still apply but you would be better off saving money.

For further information points:
How old are you?
Are you married?
Do you have kids? What sex and age are they?

Unless your wife earns substantially more than you, I would say your chances remain close to zero

Even if his wife earns more and is not the main applicant, the chance is low. Most of the evaluation is based on the main applicant.

Ah yes. In that case I would suggest the wife be the main applicant?
