1. Uni grads have better chances than poly grads
2. Malaysian Chinese have better chances than other races
3. Younger folks have better chances as well

So, if I were you. I’d apply again after completion of the degree.

A poster above made a very logical remark.
It may seem that it’s NS avoidance loophole.
If that’s really the case, there’s no advise that can help you.
But the bright side is, by investing in yourself, you’re theoretically more mobile.
