Looks like enbloc sales has died down. Hardly heard of any enblocs late.y

As a contrarian I think they will kick off in a year or two due to pause on development and maintenance in older blocks pushing owners to be more realistic about enbloc price.

40.5% feels under-rated. It just feels like it should be 90% as how could it be only 40.5% when retail shops are closed?
