I think every restaurant should employ their own 'safe distance ambassador' to ensure patrons comply to safe distance, no mingling and no drinking...difficult for businesses to having to keep an eye on customers all the time.

I doubt most restaurants can afford that right now, especially considering the loss of profits they have all inevitably experienced because of COVID. From what I’ve seen, the ones who enforce the safe distancing and other safe management measures are actually the servers.
