Pimple creams did not help, blackheads were still there, what is best way to have it removed without harming the skin?

Use an astringent. Do not poke or prod or squeeze. If you don't have an astringent a bit of alcohol can help (on a cotton pad). You're trying to kill the bacteria and keep skin dry.

Blackheads are open pores clogged with a mixture of dead skin cells and sebum that have been oxidized, hence the dark color. The best way to get rid of them is to exfoliate chemically using either glycolic acid (AHA) or salicylic acid (BHA). Both work equally well, it’s just up to your personal preference on which to use. The ordinary has many serums containing these ingredients at much lower prices than competitors, so you can try purchasing from them.
