Health Insurance for Foreigners with pre existing

Hi hi. As foreigners here we don’t have any govt subsidy for medical. Any recommendations for a good and affordable health insurance. I applied for aia but excluded my asthma which i had way back 5 years ago. Thanks in advance

Hi WhiteSneakers, usually hard to remove the exclusion but there are several health insurance you can consider. Also depends on what kind of Health Insurance you are looking at!

You can apply for a removal of exclusion after 2 years of no attack from asthma, if not you can also apply with other insurance companies to get a better medical underwriting result given you have not had a asthma attack for past 5 years. However you will need a attending doctor's memo and probably a health check up to get a favourable underwriting .
