Entry into Singapore from Australia

Hi Guys, I got struck due to covid in Australia and I am a epass holder and i want to enter Singapore for my work. But my entry approval from MOM is getting rejected and not sure how to enter into Singapore. I heard recent news that Singapore to allow Australia, Vietnam tourist to enter Singapore from Oct-8th. Pls let know whether this will require entry approval from MOM for me to get into Singapore.

Where should we find the safe entry check out button? When using the safe entry barcode, once you are logged in, I do not see the check out...
