Hi Experts, I have few questions regarding to the PR application

1. The PR consultant(paid service) will help to write the 3500 characters major achievement in the employment section, does that help?
2. Will buy a condo here help to increase the chance to get PR?
3. How ICA evaluate the integration of applicants in Singapore?
1. No
2. Not really
3. If ICA was to publish that info, all will try to do it to get PR?
Point 2 is a possibility. Could be interpreted as commitment.

One can sell off the condo anytime and leave. So, Condo or cash in account may not be treated as commitment.

First and foremost criteria is definitely the ethnicity and career.

Being Chinese, he should have it easier than most.
Only when it comes to stiff competition, integration and commitment comes into play.

Re real estate, it’s not quite a pack and leave situation, not when absd is at 20pct. Takes a whole lot of “commitment” to make that purchase.

As for cash accounts and stock market investments, I concur with you. The transaction costs are negligible, and hence the value to getting PR should also be similar, negligible.

No. They only have access to Government databases like MOM, IRAS, MOH, MINDEF, etc. All the government databases are now linked. Something I foretold here about 10 years ago that it was coming but all poo-poo'ed the idea back then, but the writing was already on the wall.

I would assume they could ask for it from the OP if they deemed it relevant though.

But if they really want they can buy your credit rating report and view?

Congrats! In most of my friends' applications, when you can survived from first 6 months of evaluation, the chance of approve is quite high.

Your race and age count more than any of the above.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!
