Spass application error code "no record found" "E00000236"

Hi dear members,
I am extremely curious to know about my spass application status.

Currently working in Singapore on work permit. On 31Aug2020 another company applied for me spass and ask me to wait for approval but i have been trying to know the status of my application online but there is always error appears "E0000236" No Recor Found.
I am trying to ask my hr about my application and they replied me waiting for mom to get approve.
Could someone throw some light on this matter. Is that possible i can't check my application status online after being applied!

Probably conned by the agency that is applying for your pass. Sounds like it was never uploaded to me.

Thanks for your respond. However i made a call to mom helpline and thru IVR call system i try to retrieve info about my application status and it was telling me that my application is under review. Totally puzzeled' crossed fingure waiting for the result.
