Singpost package to Sweden lost since Aug 6

Hi forum, I sent a package as ordinary airmail (returning pants) to Outnorth in Sweden on Aug 6th. Singpost charged me $35 for this and I kept the receipt.

I have been in touch with Singpost who told me they cannot trace it. Postnord told me the same. The recipient told me they haven't received anything yet.

Is it possible that it's been so long time, and the parcel is still on the way? Would greatly appreciate if anyone been through a similar experience and can share.. thank you! mike

Sorry to hear it's taking so long but it's almost 2 months, it could have been lost. I have received postal mail that took almost 50 days to reach me from overseas before though and that was rather rare. So hoping yours is a delay rather than misplaced mail. With non-registered mail, we can only wait and see.

Mail has been EXTREMELY slow in the last few months. SMS has had stuff show up months after posting. I think it's not lost...

In future register and pay for track and trace (and insurance?).
