We are moving out of our first rented apartment in Singapore and the agent is wanting to send prospective tenants alone to view the
property and not coming with them. Where we are from this is inappropriate behavior as we are then basically doing his job for him but I was wondering what we should expect here. Especially in covid times it seems a bit unfair on us to be lumped with the viewings.

The agent should always do the viewing.

If this was me I would be happy to acommodate the potential new tenants especially if the LL and his agent happened to be two AH.

Sellers looking to save commission should take a look at:
Flat fee of $1599 or $1999 for agent service.
