You've seen the rest of the forum, this is not enough information to give a reasonable response. Give us all the information you can
How old are you?
What industry?
What qualifications do you have?
How many years have you been working in Singapore ...

Sorry.. I am 33 years old working in petrochemical industry. Holding NTU master degree /bachelor degree from Indian university. Completed 8th year in singapore.

he did. Applied 3X on 2015, 2016, 2017.
Since he ask now, I believe his 3rd tried also rejected.

We are not a paid help desk. Most here are volunteers who are trying to help the community. At the minimum give us the whole background... Alternatively approach a paid consultant who may have better patience tending to half hearted queries like yours
