Be thankful you still have a job at all if you are in the F&B industry. Dozens are going out of business every month. Welcome to the world. If it was instituted across the board for all Part-time help, you have two choices. Suck it up and keep working or joining the swelling ranks of the unemployed.
Life isn't about avoiding the bruises. It's about collecting the scars to prove we showed up for it!
