We need SHN 7 day at home here for it to be useful but it is a start.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or
http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA

Even SHN 14 day in your own home (not hotel) would be fine.
It's the hotel incarceration part that makes inbound quarantine such a sharp deterrent.
I was hoping they'd expand the list of allowable SHN (home) countries after ICA introduced the wearable bluetooth monitoring device, but unfortunately I don't see it happening.
