Most foreign students back in Singapore for studies

Not sure about local students going back overseas for studies ie: Australia, US, UK? Are most doing remote zoom learning in their own countries? I cam imagine how Covid could have affected their completion of studies.

Most of my daughters friends who are studying overseas but are local have since returned back to Singapore from their respective countries of study; reason being that the Covid situation has escalated to the point of becoming risky for them to stay. Therefore at the urging and advice of their parents, many have returned to Singapore and are instead doing remote learning online.
