Concurrent application to ICA and MOM questions

Post by bearchiwy » Wed, 16 Sep 2020 6:32 pm

Hi all,

Just wondering what are the consequences if you have concurrent application to ICA for a Student Pass' and working pass for MOM? Want to know, do the 2 applications will clash or will it subjected to the individual agency's scrutinity and requirements? Or usually will it affect in someway?

Also, if let say one is approved, will the other pass straight be rejected or will they let you choose?

I have heard if work pass did not process successfully, the other student pass' application might be rejected because they might see the intention of coming to SG for finding work instead of education, is this true?

Would like to hear more advice/opinions regarding this two applications on-going issue and want to know if there are anybody or heard people have this same or similar concurrent two applications ongoing

Thank you!

why not apply 1 by 1 and not 2 at the same time?

ICA has access to MOM records, fyi.
