I’ve been reading posts on this forum but it’s difficult to align my situation with the other posters.
Essentially I may have an opportunity to move to Singapore, however I’m worried that a police check in my current country (Australia) would appear unfavourable for my EP application.
It’s a fairly recent charge for property
damage (very minor amount, damaged value was $180). I received a non conviction, however it’ll still show on my police report.
I’m wonder a) do you declare this when asked if you’ve been convicted in a court of law (as it wasn’t a conviction) and b) what are the odds of this resulting in my visa being declined?
Thanks in advance for your replies and help.
