On the inside, its ice-cream and the outside is covered by this fuzzy white cream stuff (think its 'beaten' Sugar & Egg-White). Together on a tray, the dessert is sent for baking within the oven for only a few minutes to keep the ice-cream cool.
Once its ready, alcohol / wine is being poured on the top of the dessert and set off with fire. The fire cools away almost instantenously and the dessert is ready to serve.
It is a mix of fire & ice within one's mouth, coupled with slight crispyness on the surface and softness similar to mousse on the inside. Overall, it is considered relatively sweet as far as I can recall.
