Hello everyone,
We have recently sent our maid back to Indonesia for a family reason, and she's now ready to return. We have submitted application to MoM for her re-entry (we've kept her Work Permit valid) but it was rejected twice. They kept suggesting to set a planned reentry date two weeks later and resubmit the application (despite that we followed their suggestion at the initial rejection).
Does anyone have a similar experience, with repeated applications ultimately being successful? How far away was the re-entry/arrival date set from the date of application? Not surprisingly MoM does not give us any guidance as to how far is sufficient. Our maid has been with us for more than five years and we want to have he back as soon as possible.
Any advice would be appreciated.
