I need a suggestion

My HDb is rented by my hubby,,now he went to india due to virus situation

now am in my HDB,,i rented a sublet for cheap rent

now they are not vacating my master room and threatening me that I am illegally renting them out.
they are threatening by asking a singaporean to talk and they are abusive me verbally

please kindly someone suggest me ,am a work pass holder, all alone in singapore..being a women am so scared to move further

please help me

You rented the unit, so what is there in the contract? How many years have you owned the HDB?

Well, what does the landlord have to say about the sublet.Did ur husband take a deposit which has to be returned.
If you are being threatened , I would suggest involving the landlord even if its an illegal sublet!
