They should be given an alternative to operate, perhaps set max of persons in a room or space and safe distancing just like F&Bs. Otherwise, it's not the near future that any of them can open.

No. Recreational crap like that opening destroys the ability to keep schools open etc which are far more important. Bars and KTV are (on the scale of 1 to 10 for danger) at 9 when it comes to spreading Covid19.
