PR Application -Upload documents

Post by lavender94 » Sat, 22 Aug 2020 3:46 pm

Hi guys, I have a question regarding upload of documents online to submit application. Just curious is it acceptable not to scan the documents but just take photo of all the documents ?The photos are clear anyway. Have anyone submitted the application of PR/Sg Citizenship without scanning the documents? Thank you ! :D

If you cannot follow instructions, don't waste their time by submitting an application. There are many others who follow instruction if they want said services from the Government. It is what it is.

If they require a scan (I'm assuming .pdf) then that's what you need to provide. Use your phone, there are free scanning apps, e.g. Adobe Scan.

Why you always so grumpy on this forum? Is that an age thing :-D I think this is a legit question, in old days taking photo did not give readability a scanner would give but now u can take a pic, adjust contrast and have perfect text on white background results.

My guess there is no need to scan with a scanner device as long as result is a pdf, and doesn't have shadows, paper fold details etc.

However when I applied I went to the office and scanned whatever there was to scan on the printer scanner machine #-o

You surely don't practice rocket science. Your nic is a misnomer. You are replaying to a 14 year old thread. It's people like you that make people like me, grumpy. You are a waste of bandwidth.
