Hi, I'm currently filling an employment pass for Singapore. First time here. I've done a part-time job for just a month, which is nothing related to the current job I found in Singapore, just to gain some money before leaving my country. In the EP, they ask for the last jobs and the associated monthly salary. Since it's only a part-time job, the salary is quite low and you cannot specify that in the form. Is it important ? I'm not even sure why they ask the salary. Thanks for your answers ! I'm a little bit afraid that this situation may influence the outcome.

If you were working on a Social Visit Pass and the employer didn't apply for a proper work visa, if caught, you will be deported in all likelihood. If you were on a work pass, then list it. If not, just pray you don't get outed.

Thanks for the answer. I did not intend to hide it, I was just wondering if and how it could impact the process. I genuinely wonder why they ask the monthly salary for the working pass form.

The level of pass granted (based on basic salary quoted in application) will determine whether or not you are allowed to bring in dependents and/or spouses.
https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits
It also ensures that you are not being underpaid or paid an amount that looks suspicious in the eyes of the MOM. If the job looks like it's only a $2,500 month job and the application is stating it's a 3,500 job, it might be the employer is overstating your salary in order to get a higher level pass because off lack of quota in a lower class. That could also mean the employer is paying the employee and then the employee is kicking back money to the employer in order to keep his job. Employers AND employees are sneaky sometimes.
