just a summary of the process after PR Approval for my friends reference

1. follow the instructions to prepare all the necessary documents and make an appointment for the PR formalities

+ PR IPA letter
+ passport + ep
+ 2 passport-size photo (white background)
+ medical report
+ EP152 by employer
+ CPF acknowledgement letter
+ fill and sign all the forms attached in the letter
+ all the original documents you submit online for PR application

2. after completing PR formalities, you'll get a Entry Permit and a Re-Entry Permit, plus IC collection slip
EP: Entry Permit is for you to stay and working in Singapore;
REP: Re-Entry Permit is for you to keep your PR status valid when you stay outside of Singapore;
basically you need to safekeeping both EP & REP, and bring them with you when you travel (a copy of the files will do)

3. make appointment for IC collection
bring the IC collection slip with you
your emploee will need a soft copy of your EP&REP⁣

4. if you have a driving license before you get the PR, you need to update it
bring you existing driving license+ your id card, and go to traffic police head quarter located at Ubi Ave 3

5. don't forget to update ica online after you renew your passport or change your address

6. update your bank card or credit card provider with new your ID, and all the other accounts you opened in Singapore.

Hi, I cannot find the form EP152 anywhere from the ICA website. Is that a form produce by ICA only to employer? and not to applicant?

Few years ago. the envelope containing the approval letter will contain EP152 form also.
