Yes you can. You can google for the hotels list that allow for SHN. Cheer.

hmmmm I think it depends if your SHN-in-a-hotel is voluntary or compulsory. If it's compulsory (like from a high infection zone), you don't get a choice. If it's voluntary, that is to say, you can serve it at home, you can choose I believe

I have pre-booked a hotel to serve out my SHN prior to this announcement. Can I stay in my original hotel? If the hotel does not waive cancellation fees, will the Government provide reimbursement?
Returnees are required to serve their SHN in the dedicated hotels, even if they have pre-book other accommodation.

All other travellers entering Singapore will continue to serve their SHN at SHN Dedicated Facilities (SDFs). You will be allocated to a designated facility to serve your 14-day SHN only upon your arrival, based on your return date and availability of the hotels. In line with all other returnees, no choice of hotel will be offered.
