Work permit holder marrying a S’porean

What will happen if a work permit holder’s approval to marry a Singaporean got rejected? Will they be banned into entering Singapore?

Only if they marry in spite of the rejection.

Hi I'm singaporean appeal to marriage my wife (Vietnamese) currently my basic is 2.3k and have a part time job 1k both also got cpf contribution..do I still stand a chance for them to approve my appeal for the marriage.. pls give advice.. thank thank
