Pls give your opinion on the chances of getting PR.

Husband - Senior scientist in local Univ., highest qualification PhD, 11 yrs exp in Singapore, salary ~90k/yr, age 39 yrs
Wife - housewife, 1 Kid - 8 yrs
all Indian passport.

Please advice, thanks in advance!

May not be easy. Reason is salary looks in the lower side for a senior scientist. What is his specialization in?

I would concur with SF. Chances are low.
Please also give your age and your length of time in Singapore.
Is your child a son or a daughter?

Your ages stand against you, but your husband's specialisation might give you some hope and it's clearly in demand.

I would apply and see how it goes. Be hopeful, but don't expect it.

Not first time. Two times rejected previous. Last rejection was 2 yrs back.
PhD from IIT India.

Sorry, then it means ICA has already taken into account his education, domain, etc. You may apply again, but pls dont have high hopes. It is going to be very tough now.
