Does anyone order from Grabfood? Do you experience the F&B that you want to order always 'unavailable for delivery' or the delivery fees doubling close to lunch and dinner hours?
It's annoying.

I don't like Grab. Someone gave my wife $30 in vouchers and it's been a pain in the ass trying to use them.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.

Re: GrabFood woes
I dislike them as well, sadly they seem to be the market leader in the food delivery. I find their vouchers useless, as the food are highly marked up and vouchers need a minimum order or some kind of requirement to use it. And worse now, when driver has picked up your food, they go around delivering to another 2-3 places before coming to you, leaving you with cold and soggy food.

Re: GrabFood woes
I disagree, I actually order from them quite often. The food usually arrives quickly and hot. It is food panda that I have more of a problem with. Although I do agree that most of their vouchers are useless because of the minimum order that is usually quite unattainable. Recently they introduced a free delivery promo but the minimum order was $80. How many of us can hit $80 just for one meal? Without the free delivery, delivery would be close to $5, or even higher during peak hours. How frustrating!
Re: GrabFood woes
Grab delivery charges are usually more expensive compared to Panda. Our family will usually find in Panda before using Grab.
Just hope Grab does not monopolized the food delivery scene. Competition is good for consumers.
