What is a fair age considered as perfect to apply PR or, early-mid thirties are with high possibility of early marriage and no kids. Even salary could be Low.

late thirties can definitely a good time, but Why 40+ are not a favourable?

Really difficult to understand the approval criteria, why sg not preparing something simpler.

This confusion for people became a huge business for fake agents.
My opinion.

Total Fertility Rate and the Ethnic Composition.

The idea is to keep the population growing, whilst maintaining the racial ratios similar.

As for age, the older you are, the number of productive years ahead are clearly less, relative to a younger chap.

What more, especially true in Singapore, the older you are, the more prone you are to retrenchments, and hence a possible liability to the state.
Yup to all that!

You should get it. I would be surprised if you got rejected the first time around, but maybe other profiles have applied now as well. So if you don't get this time around, apply again.
You have been in Singapore for a long time and you are married to a SC for more than 2 years.

Is this Katie? I think I disagree with TE. You will be classified as "others" race which is a small bucket. Saying that you're young, educated and are the right type for Singapore. Absolutely no harm in applying.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Do you have any document proof for your race? if you have then chances may be good. Also did you serve NS?

I am not sure what document is there to proof my race , I did my PSLE, O level and A levels here and took chinese as my mother tongue - will this help?
No I did not serve NS, I came here alone since 10 years old and my parents are still in Indonesia.

My mistake. I should not have asked you about NS as you are not yet a PR

Since you took chinese language as your mother tongue, it may indirectly help in the PR application, in the absence of a document to prove that your race is chinese.

Hopefully I will get it soon so that I can apply for my part time master in NUS

Hello! I would like to know my chances of applying for PR. Thank you!

My profile:
Gender : Male
Age : 22
Marital Status: Single
Ethnicity: Myanmar
Country of Origin: Myanmar
Length of Stay: 2008 - Present (2020)
Education: Primary 4 to Local University. Did PSLE, O Level, Diploma
Latest Education: Currently studying Bachelor of Civil Engineering in NTU. Expected to graduate in 2022.

I came to singapore in 2008 with my mum and brother. My brother is now in secondary school also under student pass.

I applied for PR in 2018 when the student scheme came out but got rejected after 6 months, during then I have yet to finish my diploma.

After I finished my diploma, I worked for a engineering consultancy company for 8 months under S Pass S$2500 before switching back to student pass when my university started.

Please advice on when I should apply for PR and more importantly, what are my chances of getting a PR. Thank you!

Unless you complete your degree and work for 1-2 years, your chance is going to be very low.
