Best card for Singapore-Spain transfers?

Hey there! Could you please recommend me any prepaid debit card with the lowest fees for international transfers? I moved to Singapore half a year ago and my wife still lives in Toledo (Spain). We expected that she moved here asap to move as well but due to COVID-19 everything was delayed...Anyway, I'd like to send her money and for my mom as we well and now looking for the best options

Well you could maybe just look into bank transfers with transferwise
There is a company called FairFx that I know has a Euro card so you could look into that

I second transferwise. They have a card option (debit card) as well. Set up an account in your name and her name and get the cards and you can transfer between accounts. Alternatively get a debit card from a bank here and post it to her.
