Is drinking (cow) milk bad?

Post by unknown1211 » Wed, 29 Jul 2020 5:12 pm

I've read some articles talking that using dairy products (milk, cheese, butter,...) is not good for health. It's better for us to use products from natural resources instead. I was quite surprise at first but then, I feel they may be right about it and I've gradually changed my family's daily eating portion.
How do you think when knowing about it?

Natural resources? Where do you think dairy products come from?

In moderation it's fine. It was fashionable a while back to knock dairy but I think it's gone full circle and people are once again appreciating the benefits of, e.g. full fat milk compared to the low fat high sugar alternatives.
