PR Formalities documents, Hardcopy signature or E Signature is allowed?
Hi guys,
As my hr is not available this week, did anyone submit their EP 152 form with e-signature during PR formalities appointment? (signed, sent through email, and printed)
Thanks!

Okay, I have provided e-signature version of EP 152 form, and informed the officer that I am not able to get hard copy from my HR. He was fine with it.

Thank you for updating as I was wondering as well due to covid my HR is mostly wfh. Just got my IPA letter, may I check if you need to produce 6 months payslip during the formalities?
Re: PR Formalities documents, Hardcopy signature or E Signature is allowed?
Yes, that's required to show that you are still working at the company.
I printed my payslips.
I printed my payslips.

You can be asked to provide your payslips.jun-jie.gan wrote: ↑Thu, 10 Sep 2020 4:54 pmYes, that's required to show that you are still working at the company.

EP 152 by the HR or employer is more than enough to prove that you are still employed on EP with the same company.

My Singapore PR application has been approved. However, my employer refuses to sign the EP152. What should I do?
Answer:
The purpose of the EP152 is for the applicants to confirm that they are still working in the same company as declared in their PR application forms. If the employer refuses to sign the EP152, ICA is prepared to accept other forms of documentary evidence (e.g. a valid work pass, last six months' payslips, etc.) of applicant's employment status.

Anyone who has been through this recently - is the CPF e-acknowledgement letter still provided? I uploaded the declaration for my wife and me, with status "Completed", but can't find where to get the letter.

I just completed my formalities. Just print out directly from the webpage with the complete status.
