Can I apply for LTVP if I already went to work for 1 year

Hi guys, I was graduating from NTU 1 year ago and joined a company. Due to the COVID, the company laid off me and now my EP is alr canceled and I'm under short term visit pass now. I'm heard that NTU grads can apply for Long Term Visit Pass, but I'm not sure if I can apply if I'm not a fresh grad ( cause I alr went to work for 1 year).
