Because this is a public forum and not ICA Helpdesk or banks and telcos hotlines. Even that, you sometimes need to wait for your call or queries to be answered. The members are not paid to attend to queries full time so you’ll get a reply as and when someone is free and feel like answering them.

Anyway, back to your question. You stand a decent chance. Income level could be a bit of disadvantage. You may try and apply but be prepared to wait for at least 12 months. If you don’t make it this round, try again in a year or two.
