There is certainly too may condos!

New condos are so overpriced yet buyers are snapping them up, most will get burnt come resale time. Rental yield VS sale price does not make sense anymore.

There is literally no where else to put money unless you want some overpriced, risky equities or commodities. We are close to negative interest rate time.

Quite true, the property buyers have too much cash on hand to splurge on overpriced cars and properties.
