Have anyone applied and gotten approval to obtain an ICA Permission letter or email for entry into the ICA building via FormSG? I have gotten the approval and I am bit confused in the part of making appointment. Do I still need to make appointment via the website or I can just go down to the ICA building without appointment?
Also, I am going down to apply extension of my mother's short term visit pass from Long term visit pass (Which is currently approved in principle but since the LTVP is expiring in 23 July, I need to apply for the short term visit pass). The ICA did not specify the documents that I need to present in order to apply for the short term visit pass. Does anyone have any experience / idea ?
So difficult to get thru ICA via phone.
