I thought it shouldn't increase since everyone's wearing a mask?

Only 1 community case today, maybe a good sign.

This is partly because they are testing more aggressively. I read somewhere that aggressive testing and contact tracing are key to controlling the outbreaks - i think it was CNN or something but I can't find the original link

I've read online that some were tested negative to only have Covid19 3 weeks later.
