Red moles

Recently been having them like red moles, I know they're little burst blood vessels and turn out to look like red moles, how can one prevent them from forming? It's annoying..

Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent them. These red moles are actually called cherry angiomas, you can read up about them online. They increase in size and number with age, and have no known cause.
