How was it resolved? I know cockroaches infestation can be quite a problem..

Can anyone recommend overseas property with good rental yield? Bangkok sort of came up my mind..any thoughts?

Personally I find security of title and taxation to be more important than yield (and forex risk). High yields often imply problems otherwise...
